BRISTOL — Sealed proposals will be received until 12 noon on February 29, 2012, for furnishing the Town of Bristol with the following:
GRANT MANAGEMENT SERVICES
PROPOSALS WILL BE OPENED AT 12 NOON AT THE BRISTOL TOWN HALL, 10 COURT STREET ON FEBRUARY 29, 2012 FOR THE TOWN COUNCIL MEETING OF FEBRUARY 29, 2012.
The Town of Bristol is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide grant management services for the appropriation of 2010 supplemental CDBG/EDA Grant.
Specifications may be obtained and proposals MUST be filed at the Office of the Town Clerk, 10 Court Street, Bristol, RI 02809. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked on the outside with the subject matter, RFP number, and the bid opening date. Proposals will be opened at 12 noon at the Bristol Town Hall, 10 Court Street on February 29, 2012. The Town Council reserves all rights to reject any and all bids, or any part thereof, or to go on the open market when is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
All proposals are subject to the provisions of Chapter 13 of Title 37 of the RI General Laws as amended.
