Town of Bristol, Rhode Island BRISTOL PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Bristol Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 13, 2012, at 7:00 p.m. at the Bristol Town Hall, 10 Court Street, for the purpose of reviewing the Preliminary Plan for the Major Subdivision of Mr. Leslie Gray & Georgina MacDonald. Proposal is for the creation of 3 lots, 1 improved with existing dwelling and two vacant for residential dwellings.

Waivers for creating a lot with interior angles greater than 200 degrees and for submission of landscaping Plan & Soil Erosion & Sediment control plans at time of building permit were granted at Master Plan. Waiver requested to submit RIDOT Physical Alteration Permit with final application.

Property located on east side of Poppasquash Road 1.2 miles south of intersection of Hope Street and Poppasquash Road in a Residential-20 zone. Owner/Applicant: Leslie Gray & Georgina MacDonald. Plat 182 Lot 2.

Plans and supporting materials are available for review at the Office of Community Development, by appointment, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
