Proposal is for the creation of 3 lots, 1 improved with existing dwelling and two vacant for residential dwellings.
Waivers for creating a lot with interior angles greater than 200 degrees and for submission of landscaping Plan & Soil Erosion & Sediment control plans at time of building permit were granted at Master Plan. Waiver requested to submit RIDOT Physical Alteration Permit with final application.
